Texas Best Plumbing IS the best! I called regarding a leak in the wall originating from the upstairs bathroom and Joseph promptly came out and gave me a bid based on what he was seeing. They were thorough, even checked the attic. We scheduled the job, James and team arrived this morning to complete the work and gave me excellent news. The job wasn't nearly as involved as was originally thought. I cannot say enough good things about all of the employees that I met especially rock star James. It is so nice to work with honest people. We will definitely use this company for any future plumbing needs.

Guys were on time, efficient and professional. Needed to have drains cleared out and they where able to come out within a couple of hours. Explained what the options were and performed repairs and a great price. If you ever have any plumbing needs, you won’t go wrong with Texas Best Plumbing!!

Texas Best Plumbing is a very good company! I've used them twice over the last 3 years for plumbing issues at my house. Both times they were on time and performed the work in a professional manner. They did not try tosell me any other services and their prices were fair and reasonable. I would highly recommend them.

I've used Texas Best three or four times now over a couple years. It's been a good experience every time, and they're very prompt. They're up front about costs, do good quality work, and always take time to explain things to me, which is nice because I'm pretty lost in the world of plumbing.

Texas Plumbing provided excellant service in replacing my hot water heater. I contacted them on 11/21/18, the day before Thanksgiving. It was replaced on 11/23/18. Joseph was very timely and did an excellent job.

Our outdoor sump pump went out after 6 years and we needed someone to either fix or replace the pump. After calling a few companies I decided to go with Texas Best Plumbing. They sent someone that same day to look at the pump. Mr. Botch came to the house and evaluated the situation. We discussed our options and decided to replace the pump. He worked with me on what pump will work best for our needs and was able to get us a good deal on a really good pump. He was very personable and just all around good guy. We set up an appointment for today and had our pump replaced with a much better stainless steel pump than the plastic pump that we originally had in the first place. Overall, I was very pleased with the service he provided and the work he did. Will definitely refer them to my friends and family.

These guys are great! Chris was more than helpful over the phone with my concerns. Chris and James showed up and did a great job in a timely manner. Very professional and kind! The two techs were able to get my garbage disposal fixed today, then mentioned they are also starting to work on air conditioners. Not only were they able to check the A/C, but also fix the issue. We have a working disposal and a cool home because of Texas Best Plumbing! Thank you so much!!

I called 'Texas Best Plumbing' about a total repipe of the house, John called and he and Chris came by promptly as they were in the area. They did a walk through of the house and looked in the attic to see what would be involved in the job. They then said they would work up a price and e-mail or get back to me - never heard from them again..needless to say another company got the job.I would not waste my time with them again.

Called Texas best out to my house to replace the sewer line and piping around house due the age of sewer line Chris explained everthing in detail and price was fair from other bids .Great job will use for now on !!!

Wow, the entire house replumbed in less than six hours and only the second day after I contacted the company! Three hose bibs, two commodes, one shower, one tub, five sinks, one refrigerator, one water heater, and water lines and waste drain for washer turned 180° so it can be inside instead of in the garage. The guys stopped for lunch, but really kept busy! They protected my floors and cleaned up exceedingly well. The men were courteous at all times and since I didn't get in the way, they didn't seem to mind a little watching while they worked. They even made over my Jackhuahua--who gives them two paws up! I agree and would not hesitate to use them again.

We’ve used Texas Best for multiple plumbing issues- once including a 3am emergency, and they dutifully showed up and saved the day. The owner has literally saved my house from flooding out on another occasion with a broken pipe and extremely quick response time, which I will be forever grateful for. The plumbers are knowledgeable, timely, and the services reasonably priced. Everyone has been pleasant to work with. Would highly recommend to anyone needing a plumber in the Friendswood and surrounding area.

Texas Best were extremely punctual, courteous, and efficient. I called them during the Covid pandemic to deal with some drainage problems in my bathrooms as well as a corroded spigot in my back yard. Chris has done several jobs for me and always done great work! I have rental properties that need service from time to time. He helped get us permitted for gas service, repaired leaks and clogs as well as repaired a water heater. It was a great experience all around, our water heater failed unexpectedly and the next day Chris came out and gave me a quote on a installing a replacement unit, within 2.5 hours of arriving for the assessment he and his associate retrieved a replacement unit and installed. We thought for sure we would have to wait until the next day but we were very pleasantly surprised. Thanks for a great job and we will definitely be calling Texas Best Plumbing in the future!

Ace was recommended by my neighbors. And I definitely recommend Ace to everyone. The appointment call-back was quick and friendly. Technicians were very professional: called to say they were on their way and were on time for the appointment. They examined the situation and it for a very reasonable price within an hour of arrival. The work area was clean and no extra work on my part. Professional and painless. Will do business with them again (hopefully not soon).

Great Company!!! Chris did a great job this morning fixing a burst supply line to one of my water heaters! And he only charged me $175. As a comparison, I first had called Grand Slam Plumbing and they were going to charge $500-$900 plus we’re going to charge a $175 weekend service fee. I am so glad I called Chris at Texas Best Plumber!! He is my plumber from now on!!!!!

Chris is excellent! Had drain line problems for several months and tried to self remedy. He diagnosed the problem as faulty builder grade disposal was not properly grinding food and was consequently plugging the line. We replaced the disposal and problem solved.

Unfortunately, I couldn't get past the receptionist "My job is to only answer phones sir". Tried to ask a simple question. When she couldn't answer the question she didn't offer any alternatives. Friendliness goes a LONG way in customer service. And maybe having someone answer the phones who can answer basic pricing questions. "Sir, usually they cost, $XXX, but until we take a look at it, that's just a guess, would you like to schedule an appointment?". Just a suggestion. At the end of the conversation didn't even say "bye" or "Have a nice day", just hung up. Not a good representative of your business.

I had an issue with my main bathroom where the tub wouldn’t stop leaking. I attempted to fix it myself, but the pipes were too damaged. The guys at Texas Best answers the call and came out to my house the first thing the next morning. They ultimately replaced the faucet and pipes leading to it. It was quick, good work, and a very reasonable price. Definitely recommend them to anyone looking for some plumbing help from a good trustworthy company.

I stripped the main cutoff valve leading to my home when I tried to shut it off. The result was trickling water coming out of the faucets. I called Texas Best Plumbing immediately. The receptionist was knowledgeable and very nice. Luckily for me they had a midday cancellation and I took the spot. The Plumber arrived on time, he knew exactly what the issue was, he discussed the fee prior to the work and replaced the valve with a new lever shut off valve. He completed the work quickly and it looked very clean an neat. Would definitely use them again and encourage others to do the same.

Scheduled quickly, arrived promptly, work was performed professionally and exactly as quoted.We've used them for emergency issues (water main shutoff valve decided to fail right as I was working on the master shower) and for scheduled maintenance (flushing of water heater). We've used them for small items (routine maintenance) to big (replacement of tank heater with on-demand tankless). 0 issues, professional and quick service, and never a surprise bill. We highly recommend these guys.

These guys did a great job replacing our hot water heater. They came out the same day I notified them. All is working and they cleaned up well afterwards. Best of all they were $600 cheaper than another quote I had.
